How ProDentim's 60-day guarantee actually works
The refund is handled by ClickBank rather than the seller, which makes it more reliable than most supplement guarantees. There is still one mismatch worth spotting before you choose a package.
The guarantee is the most useful thing about this offer, and understanding who actually administers it is the reason why. It is also where the pricing structure and the refund window quietly disagree with each other — which matters when you pick a package.
Who actually refunds you
ProDentim is sold through ClickBank. ClickBank is not an advertising network here; it is the retailer of record. It takes the payment, and it handles refund requests itself.
That structure matters more than the wording of any guarantee. A promise administered by a small seller depends entirely on that seller's willingness to honour it. A refund processed by an established retailer with its own published process and reputation to protect is a considerably stronger position for a buyer. It is the main reason the downside here is limited.

The mismatch worth noticing
The refund window is 60 days. The package they push hardest is a 180-day supply.
The six-bottle option is presented as the best value, marked “97% of customers order 6 bottles”. But you cannot finish — or properly evaluate — a 180-day supply inside a 60-day window. By the time you know whether it did anything, the guarantee has expired on four of the six bottles.
If your goal is to find out whether it works for you, the smaller package fits inside the window. The bulk discount is real, but so is the fact that it buys you supply you cannot return.
If you want to request a refund
- Find your ClickBank order number It is in the receipt email sent when you ordered. That email is the thing worth not deleting.
- Contact ClickBank's order support, not the vendor The vendor handles product questions; ClickBank handles money. Going to the right one first avoids a round trip.
- Do it inside 60 days of the purchase date Not 60 days from when you started taking it, and not from delivery.
- Keep the unused bottles The stated condition is returning what you have not used.
What a guarantee does and does not tell you
A refund policy lowers your financial risk. It says nothing whatsoever about whether a product works — a strong guarantee is compatible with a useless product, and sellers know that a generous-sounding window increases sales more than refunds cost them.
So treat it as what it is: the reason trying this is a low-risk decision rather than the reason it is a good one. For whether it is a good one, you need the ingredients and the state of the evidence.
